What should I do for my plan?

I don't know absolutely what should I do for next plan?

Car is problem and Highway is flooded for heavy rain. What the hell...!

There is description.

1. handbrake needs adjusting

2. both rear seatbelts jamming

3. tailgate glass struts need replacing

4. rust in tailgate

5. exhaust leak

6. centre exhaust mount broken

7. upper inner control arm bushes worn

8. steering idler arm worn

9. front shock absorbers need replacing

10. rear engine oil leak

11. drivers side rear shock absorber bushes need replacing

for Road Worthy Certificate

Something is surely need for RWC, but something is not need.

Why description made like this I don't understand.

I have not enough money.

So,,, what should I do? Somebody know that?

I just pray to god. please tell me answer for this difficulty.
